No Bake Energy Bites
Need a quick, healthy and sweet snack? We have you covered! These No Bake Energy Bites are filled with fiber, healthy fats and protein - the essentials to healthy snacking and staying full longer. It's a snack both you and your kids can feel good about eating!
No Bake Energy Bites (Gluten + Dairy Free)
1 Cup Quinoa (cooked)
1 Cup Gluten Free Oats
3 Tbsps Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1/3 Cup Organic Raisins (or dried cranberries)
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/3 Cup Organic Nut Butter (almond or peanut)
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl or process in a blender until well combined.
2. Form dough into balls using your hands (about the size of a golf ball) and place on a cookie sheet or small pan (something that will fit in your freezer). Chill for about 2 hours until firm. After freezing, store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
